Pfizer is hiring Passionate and Innovative Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem Partners for the Health & Value Function.

We are hiring 3 positions based respectively in the North, Center, South area.
- Why Patients Need You
- Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem Partners will co-operate with retail pharmacies to offer services enabling a superior One Pfizer Retail Pharmacy and Patient experience;
- In a period of transformation for the Italian health care system, Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem team will be the connector between patients’ needs, customers' requirements and Pfizer portfolio, collaborating with BU teams and Collective Advantage platforms to enable a superior experience.

- External ambassador: leading the conversation to positively influence the external environment;
- Leadership without authority: managing and inspiring stakeholders.
- Primary Responsibilities
- Play a Customer Facing role conjugating on-field activities with strategy definition according to HQ guidelines, referred to Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem customers;
- Operate in Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem team supporting Retail Pharmacy ecosystem (retail) in expanding the range of services offered to patients according to Corporate guidelines and BU needs;
- Identify opportunities and collect insights at local level;
- Be an expert in communication with deep competencies on retail pharmacies and pharmacist system.
- What You Offer
- Basic Qualifications
- Previous experience in Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem related roles
- Field experience across different therapeutic areas
- Ability to influence across stakeholders internally and externally
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Italian: Mother tongue or native level
- English: Fluent (speaking/writing/reading)
- Adherence to Pfizer Values: Courage, Excellence, Equity and Joy
- Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in scientific or business discipline
- Knowledge of Retail Pharmacy Ecosystem stakeholders
- Knowledge of the health system and legislation
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
