**Position**: We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Retail Excellence Team as **Retail Excellence Specialist**(temporary position), within our dynamic Worldwide Sales Department based in Rome. As an integral member of the Retail Excellence team, reporting to the **Retail Excellence Senior Manager**, your mission will include: **Job responsibilities**: **Retail Performance Coordination**: - Oversee global Retail Performances and Client Experience indicators by managing Retail KPIs; - Conduct quarterly performance reviews in collaboration with the CRM Department and share results with markets;Track the impact of training initiatives and monitor sales training and ambassadorship incentives;**Elevation of Client Experience**: - Support the Department in managing projects that enhance and enrich the in-store Client Experience; - Participate in cross-departmental task forces to bring a retail perspective and elevate Bulgari's service; - Ensure seamless coordination with external agencies, consultants, and stakeholders;Coordinate markets and Local Sales Training Teams to collect relevant materials and information.**Foster Retail Spirit and Community**: - Support the management of the "Voice of the Team" project, including supplier management, questionnaire creation, surveys collection and sharing insights with stakeholders; - Collect and share best practices with markets to align department activities with local priorities; - Coordinate onboarding experiences for new Retail Team Members worldwide;Support the Department in coordinating all projects, tracking milestones, budget and calendars;**Profile**: **Qualifications/Professional Capabilities** - At least 2-3 years in similar positions, with project management and reporting experience - Good knowledge of MS Office, with Excel and PowerPoint skills - Able to use CanvaProficiency in English**Personal Competencies** - Agility - Organisational skills - Ability to multi-task - A proactive approach - Curiosity and open-mindedness **_BVLGARI _** **MAISON***: - Bvlgari was founded in the heart of Rome in 1884.
