Marketing Manager

The challenge

The Marketing Manager defines and implements the strategic marketing plan and the communication strategy on the sales channels, with full responsibility for the customer experience.

What you will do
- Design and prepare the product marketing strategy for the 5yrs approach
- Manage the research and analyze market trends to position and design the products
- Translate technical details into benefits for the user
- Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
- Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
- Test marketing product features, releases
- Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
- Be accountable for managing multiple projects within agreed timescales.
- Work closely with the HQ branding team and including PR Agency, Creative Agency, Focus Groups etc.
- Setting, monitoring and reporting on teams' goals and objectives
- Works with sales & trade marketing to identify programming to generate incremental sales and /or profitability
- Works collaboratively with operations/sourcing to identify and develop productivity initiatives
- Work with internal teams & external partners to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Manage and drive the markets in the product strategy execution

What you need to succeed
- University degree with emphasis in marketing, sales or business.
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in FMCG sector.
- Minimum 3/4 years marketing management experience.
- Product management skills
- Marketing expertise
- Decision-making skills
- Organizational skills
- Analytical skills
