**Key Performance Areas**
- Drafting job postings and posting them on major recruiting platforms.
- CV screening.
- Utilization of Sap Success Factors & Eightfold AI software.
- Support in developing training plans.
- Support in organizing funded training projects.
- Support in preparing reports/statistical data in Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
- Translations English/Italian
- General support in daily HR management tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Excellent knowledge of key computer tools such as Outlook, Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexibility, and a professional attitude in line with company standards.
- The profile is complemented by a good practical sense, strong initiative, flexibility, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a genuine interest and motivation in the field of Human Resources
