**Posizione**:
In order to implement our Colour Development team, we are looking for a Colour development specialist.
You will be responsible for developing countertypes from existing textures, make lab trials and developing colours during the production process.
You must be able to work both independently in laboratory and in production, collaborating with other departments to guarantee the standard compliance.
**Requisiti**:
- High school Degree in a scientific discipline; different education will be evaluated according to the experience in a similar role
- 3 - 5 years of experience i color in a cosmetic company
- Knowledge of standard Lab equipment and GMP rules
- Ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
- Availaibility to work on shifts
