The expansive villa, built by Agrippina Major, evokes the luxurius lifestyle of the ancient Roman resort located between the Janiculum Hill and the Vatican which extended into the area where the Basilica of St Peter now stands. 2000 years later. Villa Agrippina a Gran Melia Hotel, stands on the same historic site.
**What will I have to do?**
- Line shift
- Answering the phone
- Assist guests and solve doubts or issue
- Train on standards
**What are we looking for?**
- Degree in Tourism or Foreign Languages
- _Empathy and passion for service by phone_
- Level of English certified as C1/C2
- Previous experience in hospitality at a luxury level
