Unox SpA, leader di mercato nella progettazione e produzione di forni professionali, certificata come Great Place to Work® Italia per il settimo anno di fila, sta cercando una/o **Training and Development Specialist** da inserire all’interno del Team Risorse Umane presso la sede di Cadoneghe (PD).

**Principali attività**:

- Pianificare, progettare e implementare programmi di formazione locali e globali;
- Erogazione di corsi di formazione;
- Supporto e gestione di fornitori interni ed esterni della formazione;
- Attività di tutorship d’aula, supportando i partecipanti nel processo di apprendimento;
- Analisi e redazione di reportistiche;
- Presentazioni aziendali a livello locale e globale;
- Pianificazione e gestione di progetti/eventi di Employer Branding interni ed esterni.

**Requisiti**:

- Conoscenza eccellente della lingua inglese (scritto e parlato). Qualsiasi altra lingua è un plus;
- Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in area HR;
- Max 2/3 anni di esperienza nel settore;
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel e Power Point.
- Ottima capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione.

- Ottime capacità di Public Speaking.
