**F&B Assistent (M/F/x)**:
**as of now - fulltime - in 20162 Milano, Viale Giovanni Suzzani, 13/15, Italy**:
**a&o hostels is coming to Milano - opening in July 2025.**

To support our team at **a&o hostel and hotel Milano** we are **looking for YOU**:

- a hardworking and independent **F&B Assistant**to manage our Self-Service-Restaurant.

We are also happy to consider applicants with knowledge from/as: bakery, bake shop, gas station shop, McDonald, Subway, barista, cook, kitchen assistants, takeaway, bar staff, snack bar or career changers who enjoy giving our guests a special experience**.**

**YOUR JOB**:

- You will be employed in the in kitchen and bar and will actively participate in the day business; including the daily cleaning work
- Preparation and taking care of the breakfast-buffet are also amongst your tasks
- Imposing quality
- and HACCP-standards in kitchen and bar is your responsibility
- Pantry and stocktaking are your responsibility: you check food
- and beverage-storage and inventory and order new products if necessary
- You put the goods away on delivery
- You draw up the menu for our dinner-buffet
- You supervise scheduling for kitchen
- and bar-crew

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Reliability, quality awareness and flexibility are only some of your core characteristics
- Regarding your work, you show a strong willingness to commit and to work independently
- You are a hands-on doer who tackles and spreads good spirits even in stressful situations
- Some experience in gastronomy or hospitality are desirable, but not a must
- Your Italian and English skills are good, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
