**Your Mission**:
Sidel is looking for a talented marketing analyst to join the Strategic Marketing team, in order to back specific strategy projects with data-driven insights, support with market and business analysis, identify new growth opportunities and facilitate business innovation and new business models. We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented professional with few years of experience in the role.

As a strategic marketing analyst, you will:

- support the organization with the identification of consumer-, customer-, market
- and competition-related trends that have a direct impact on the industry and on Sidel position into it
- support the improvement of our Pricing strategies and margins, as an effective lever in the company's profitable growth
perform market
- and business
- analysis to support business decisions, specific projects and yearly business processes (STRAT, PDP etc )
- maintain and evolve Customer segmentation (Service/Equipment) in order to support the go to market strategy
- identify under-served segments and areas of opportunities for improving sales actions
- analyze market trends and the opportunities for Sidel in the competitive market context
- maintain and evolve the Service Potential (market sizing) estimates and manage the corresponding tool (SNAPshot in Qlik)
- maintain and evolve the NPV calculator tool
- identify main Customer pain points and new ways to address them
- clearly outline and communicate the results of the strategic marketing analysis

The role is intended to be a global one, although coordination with regional marketing and strategy functions will be required, as well.

**Your Profile**:

- Master Degree or equivalent
- MBA an advantage
- Provenience from marketing & sales function in B2B industry
- Min. 3 years experience in marketing: strategic marketing, product management, BD, pricing
- Proven experience in analysis/synthesis and execution of strategic projects
- Provenience from the packaging industry a plus
- Experience in driving projects in a functionalized company in matrix context
- Ability to communicate clearly
