For a very important leader in the field of Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, we are looking for the SAP COE Delivery Lead, a professional with 5-8 years of professional experience in SAP COE or similar role or IT project management.
- Taking lead of the Global Standards and Template Governance Team in the COE area
- Provide leadership in establishing, maintaining and enforcing business processes, standard procedure and template policy.
- Steer the implementation of the Global COE in the Corporate
- Carry out project rollout governance to ensure all aspect of the projects are aligned and risk being managed.
- Working closely with business users and stakeholders, to grasp business requirements and translate it into solution design, considering global operation & system impact and mitigation approach
- Plan & lead feasibility study and fit/gap workshop for new rollout projects.
- Review and approve Blueprint documents prepared by project team, ensuring adherence to template process and policy.
- Provide Knowledge Transfer and mentorship to project consultants
- Review and approve design documents, test plans and scenarios, transport requests, authorization matrix, data migration plan and cutover plan.
- Ensure global changes are identified, assessed and mitigation actions are well planned and executed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to introduce new enhancements, processes and functionalities.
- Carry out project planning and management for minor or medium scale projects.
- Working closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.
- Prepare proposal and presentation to stakeholders to communicate ideas and to obtain buy-in
- Ensure timely update of system and template documentations.
- Motivate & coach team to achieve higher performance.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in economics, business administration, Information Technology, or other academic studies
- 5-8 years of professional experience in SAP COE or similar role or IT project management
- ** Experienced in ERP Template Governance role, preferable in Lead position.**:

- Demonstrate strong leadership in leading a mid-sized team (8-10 members)
- Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistic processes.
- ** Experienced in ERP Project management in large scale of greenfield/brownfield implementation.**:

- ** Strong SAP knowledge in both processes and technical**:

- Degree holder / equivalent At least 8-10 years of experience in SAP COE or similar role, in an discrete/repetitive manufacturing industry.
- ** Proficiency in SAP ECC 6 / S4 Hana**:

- Language Proficiency : English(mandatory), Italian (mandatory)
- Ability to influence a broad mix of people in related skill bases and drive to consensus.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking and acting as well as working in cross-functional teams
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
