**Material Planner**:

Responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory incl. sales in excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice; support internal customer service inquiries; set inventory parameters (MRP), support organization in reaching inventory targets, and ensure adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory and forecast accuracy supported by lean tools whenever applicable and collaboration with the different stakeholders in the end-to-end Supply Chain.

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Calculate and maintain in the planning systems and the ERPs the inventory parameters: safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead-time, and replenishment strategies.
- Collaborate with Buyers for obtaining the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, MOQ, quality, lead-time, and flexibility.
- Manage MRP (Materials Resource Planning) exception messages on a daily basis; support cycle counting and/or year-end inventory counting.
- Conduct financial risk assessments decisions relating to inventory, conduct root case analysis when necessary.
- Analyze excess and obsolete/aging inventory; take appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with sales, marketing, manufacturing and Procurement and Logistics.
- Release purchase orders, addresses Material Requirement Planner (MRP) action messages, expedite parts and manage quick ship request, communicate and expedite material issues.
- Be responsible for stock profile and segments the portfolio of materials through an ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management and commercial policy, defining inventory policies according to this segmentation.

**Your background**:

- Master Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular on Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP and data analysis tools (Power BI or similar) are considered a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Be creative, innovative and digitally smart.
- Ownership and problem solving attitude, result oriented.
- Teamwork attitude, good communication skills and courage complete the profile.
