**Posizione**:
Customer Support Specialist

La risorsa sarà inserita presso la sede di Roma sita a pochi minuti dalla metropolitana di San Giovanni e si occuperà delle seguenti mansioni:

- assistenza nella fase di inserimento e verifica della documentazione richiesta;
- spiegazione dei prodotti e servizi offerti per un loro utilizzo ottimale;
- collaborazione con il Sales Representative per l'individuazione di opportunità di upselling e crosselling.

**Requisiti**:
Si richiedono le seguenti competenze e caratteristiche:

- esperienza pregressa in ambito customer care, technical support e call center;
- buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Completano il profilo:

- approccio orientato al cliente;
- ottime doti comunicative ed empatiche;
- attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di problem solving.

Orario di lavoro full time dal lunedì al venerdì.

Si offre un iniziale contratto di 6 mesi, finalizzato al tempo indeterminato,
