**About the job**

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to work in a dynamic company. This associate role combines skill sets from organisational psychology, consulting, training and facilitation.

This is an associate role, not a full time position.

The organisation has grown to a size where we need to expand our diverse associate base and we are currently looking for bilingual associates residing in: MILAN (or surrounding areas).

**The Executive Coach role exists to**:

- Deliver to our clients and their teams in such a way that we Inspire, Develop and Equip them and their teams to achieve better business results and an improved quality of life
- Deliver High Intensity Training face to face and using a variety of virtual platforms to clients in English
- Train our clients and their teams in such a way that we Inspire, Develop and Equip them to achieve better business results and an improved quality of life

**To achieve the outcomes you MUST have**:

**Job Type**: Freelance
