Adeo is the world’s third largest retailer in DIY and decoration goods, with over €23bn yearly revenues and 130 thousand employees across 15 countries. Key group brands include Leroy Merlin, Bricoman, Bricomart, Bricocenter, Weldom, Zodio and Alice Delice.

The group recently launched its marketplace. It is a key pillar of an ambitious plan to transform the entire business and become the world’s leading habitat platform. The marketplace will help expand the product and service offering, improve Customer experience, reinforce the market positioning and create a key revenue stream.

In this context, the Adeo Marketplace team is looking for an Operation Performance Management Marketplace to support its growth.

The position is based in** Lille, Paris, Madrid or Milan. **(We are currently working on remote, going to the office 3 days per week).

**YOUR MISSION**

The Operation Performance Management Marketplace plays a key role in the long-term improvement of the customer experience and the success of the Marketplace.

As Operation Performance Management Marketplace, you work cross-functionally with the sales team to provide a qualitative customer experience. You ensure a great operational performance of sellers on the different marketplaces and implement solutions to optimize tracking. You possess analytical thinking, relationship skills and can think outside the box. You are able to work in an international and constantly evolving environment.

You will have the following responsibilities:

- Be the expert of Seller Performance
- Be responsible of Customer Experience on the Marketplace
- Implement and optimize tracking mechanisms to identify Sellers with Performance issues
- Identify corrective actions to be put in place and leverage sales team to implement them
- Be the advocate of the Seller Performance project with the sales team
- Understand the different steps in the ordering process (from the time a customer places an order until it is fully received) and identify improvement levers
**TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT**:

- G-suite
- Salesforce

**YOUR PROFILE**

Higher education, Master Level (business or engineering school), you have 3 years work experience in consulting, e-commerce.

You are curious, you want to learn and know how to be proactive. Your good interpersonal skills are an asset, endowed with a sense of listening, you communicate easily, interact with various interlocutors and deal with business and digital issues.

You are motivated by performance and results: the impact of your actions and your work is a driving force for you.

You are comfortable in an international environment and you can communicate easily in **English and Italian**. French is a plus.
