You will collaborate with highly experienced professionals — former Big 4 advisors and in-house tax experts — supporting some of the most prominent domestic and international clients across industries.

Given our ambitious growth and increasing client demand, we are currently seeking a **Tax Expert / Manager**to join our team.
- Have a strong background in corporate taxation and tax compliance;
- Be experienced in tax due diligence, M&A transactions, and extraordinary operations;

**Corporate Tax Advisor**

**What will your challenge be?**

As a Corporate and M&A Tax Advisor, you will be a key player in the development and expansion of our xTax team, helping companies navigate complex tax environments with clarity, precision, and innovation. You'll work with clients across industries on strategic tax matters, M&A transactions, and international tax issues - contributing to projects that go beyond compliance, generating real business impact.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary practice where technical tax expertise meets technology and transformation, allowing you to rethink the way tax services are delivered and elevate your skills to the next level.

**What you will do**
- Advise clients on complex corporate tax matters, including M&A, group reorganizations, and cross-border transactions.
- Support the structuring of extraordinary deals and international tax planning strategies.
- Provide guidance on domestic and international tax compliance and reporting obligations.
- Collaborate with colleagues in legal, corporate finance and tech teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Monitor regulatory changes and anticipate their impact on client operations.
- Support business development efforts through client pitches, proposals, and participation in strategic initiatives.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to the team’s technical and professional growth.

**What we are looking for**
- 6 to 7 years of experience in corporate tax advisory, ideally gained in consulting (Big 4 or boutique tax firms) or structured corporate tax departments.
- Qualification as a Chartered Accountant ( _Dottore Commercialista _) is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead end-to-end advisory projects.
- Solid knowledge of Italian corporate tax law, with exposure to international tax and M&A.
- Possess knowledge of the OECD Pillar II framework is considered a distinctive and highly valued asset.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Curious and open-minded, with a passion for innovation and digital transformation in tax.
