Taglierè wants to be the custodian of territorial heritage, products, raw materials, and many wonderful stories of people and places, to be disseminated in Italy and around the world. **RESTAURANT MAITRE - Reggio Emilia (RE)**: We are looking for a Store Manager to join our restaurant La Limonaia in the wonderful Boutique Relais of the Venturini Baldini Estate in the hills of Reggio Emilia. **Tasks**: Management of a team of waiters in a restaurant as part of an ambitious growth process. Preparation of the room and tables Management of reservations and related reception of customers Managing of service and dining room staff Support to the dining room staff in the presentation of the menu and the wine list Coordination with the Restaurant Manager for staff shift planning **Skills**: Proactivity Leadership Excellent relational and communication skills Flexibility, ability to work under pressure **Requirements**: Car owner Knowledge of Italian and English Previous experience in the high level catering sector Previous experience in leading a team of people Knowledge of the main IT tools, technological mastery
