IT Project Manager Plm Teamcenter Coexistence

For our rapidly growing, multinational Product Lifecycle Management IT team, we are looking for a project manager & PLM expert to ensure a flawless coexistence of two Teamcenter PLM versions and for the data migration to the new system. At the same time, as a Workstream Lead you will play a prominent role in our global PLM transformation program. **Responsabilities**: - As part of our global PLM transformation program, you will lead a project to ensure the coexistence of two versions of Teamcenter and data migration to the new system - Specifically, you are responsible for gathering and discussing the migration requirements, creating the migration concept, providing and testing the migration tools, and planning and implementing the legacy data migration to the new Teamcenter environment - You will take part in solving quality issues in the data migration, which is particularly related to CAD data from CATIA and NX - You manage the implementation activities of an external provider for the coexistence tools and data migration paths - You support the planning and implementation of integration as well as user acceptance tests for the coexistence tools and migration paths - You are responsible for performing legacy data analysis to support architectural and management decisions - You will report into Program Management - If necessary, you assist in solving data cleansing issues **Requirements**: - A technical college/university degree or comparable training with appropriate additional qualifications, ideally with a technical focus - Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in Automotive or an industry with a similar degree of complexity in PLM - In-depth knowledge about the PLM synchronization & migration solution OpenPDM and ideally experience in the synchronization / migration of PLM data - In-depth knowledge about the Siemens Teamcenter PLM software solution is a strong advantage (e.g. site consolidation, CAD integration) - Ideally knowledge about the CAD systems CATIA from Dassault Systèmes and NX from Siemens - Hands-on mindset, coupled with project management experience - You are a "doer" and have the necessary mix of communication, persuasion, and assertiveness skills to push your project forward - Good team and communication skills as well as proactivity and solution orientation - Fluency in written and spoken English and at least good German language skills **Benefits**: - The opportunity to grow and develop your career with a global premium brand - Competitive salary - Talent-oriented organizational culture. - International projects and exposure to best in class technologies/specialized trainings provided - Hybrid / flexible working patterns
