**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Create offers for repairs and maintenance in our system (Service Lightning)
Create work orders for repairs and maintenance
Upload contracts for bench service and licenses
Create credit notes and re-invoicing
Create documentation for health and safety
Collaborate with other Service Sales Representatives and Sales teams to improve processes
Engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate
Cross-functional interfacing with other commercial departments to leverage the best resources to close business

**QUALFICATIONS**:
Business English (Cambridge Advanced Certificate) and fluent or native Italian
3 years progressive administrative experience in a business-to-business environment
Experience working with various admininstrative systems and confident use of PC and software (Office package)
Demonstrated ability to listen to and seek out solutions to customer needs
Comfortable handling questions relating to technical and service products
Effective organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills; both written and verbal

**DOVERI E RESPONSABILITÀ ESSENZIALI**:
Creare offerte per riparazioni e manutenzione nel nostro sistema (Service Lightning)
Creare ordini di lavoro per riparazioni e manutenzione
Caricare le attività di manutenzione e licenze CLAROS / MSM
Creare note di credito e rifatturare
Creare la documentazione per la salute e la sicurezza per l’ingresso dei tecnici
Collaborare con altri rappresentanti di vendita e team di vendita per migliorare i processi
Coinvolgere i KPI (Key Performance Indicators) del reparto attraverso la gestione visiva e le contromisure, se del caso
Interfaccia con i reparti commerciali per sfruttare le migliori risorse per chiudere le attività
