The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for developing and coordinating all technical telephone service activities in support of customers and field technicians, as well as to collaborate with the service department on routine administrative requirements and will be located in our Lainate office.

**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Provides telephone support in response to technical queries from customers and/or colleagues and works directly with them in solving particular problems, intervening on site if necessary
- Provides advance updates on the operation of new products and promotes the correct flow of information to colleagues on updates, troubleshooting, etc.
- Directly liaises with the parent company for the solution of problems inherent in instrumental functionality and to report problems inherent in software, manuals, etc.
- Follows up existing telemetry contracts
- Checks the spare parts warehouse and takes care of its optimisation. Responsibly takes care of the warehouse inventory in collaboration with his manager

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Experience in the use of instrumentation.
- Good interpersonal skills.

Il Technical Support Specialist è responsabile dello sviluppo e del coordinamento di tutte le attività di assistenza técnica telefonica a supporto dei clienti e dei tecnici sul campo, nonché della collaborazione con il reparto di assistenza per i requisiti amministrativi di routine e sarà situato nella nostra sede di Lainate.

**In questo ruolo, la giornata tipo sarà la seguente**:

- Fornisce assistenza telefonica in risposta a quesiti tecnici di clienti e/o colleghi e collabora direttamente con loro per la risoluzione di particolari problemi, intervenendo in loco, se necessario.
- Fornisce aggiornamenti preventivi sul funzionamento dei nuovi prodotti e promuove il corretto flusso di informazioni ai colleghi su aggiornamenti, risoluzione di problemi, ecc.
- Si relaziona direttamente con la casa madre per la soluzione di problemi inerenti alla funzionalità strumentale e per la segnalazione di problemi inerenti a software, manuali, ecc.
- Segue i contratti di telemetria in essere
- Controlla il magazzino ricambi e ne cura l'ottimizzazione. Cura responsabilmente l'inventario di magazzino in collaborazione con il proprio responsabile.

**I requisiti essenziali del lavoro comprendono**:

- Diploma di scuola media superiore in materie tecniche (elettronica/elettrotécnica/meccanica/chimica, ecc.).
- Esperienza nell'uso della strumentazione.
- Buone capacità
