Artelia Italia is looking for a **Project Manager Assistant** to join the **Rome** office within the Building Business Unit for an important **logistics** project in the **Industry sector**.

You will report directly to the Project Manager who oversees the entire project. The main activities you will be dedicated are:

- Daily update/photo of site activity
- 3D site survey OpenSpace - weekly basis (specific workshop will be provided)
- Minute of Meeting preparation - weekly basis
- Weekly cliente report preparation support - weekly basis
- Monthly site report preparation support - monthly bases
- Daily interface with Work Director team and General contractor team for open items
- Attending specific meeting - upon request
- Support in coordination of client consultant - upon request
- General Client support request - upon request

**Requisiti**:

- Master’s degree in **Architecture or Engineering**:

- Fluent in** English - level B2/C1**:

- Be registered in the **Professional Register**
