**Subaru Italia SpA is recruiting a Parts & Accessories Specialist for his Milan office.**

We are looking for a motivate person willing to growth in a global company and in a challenging environment.

**Purpose of Role**

The Spare Parts & Accessories Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring effective aftersales operations and driving growth in the accessories business.

**Accountabilities Expected from the Role**

**Spare Parts**:

- Manage the ticketing process to support the Subaru network on parts & accessories matters.
- Track and monitor order status, ensuring timely delivery, and proactively addressing any delays or problems.
- Coordinate both inbound and outbound processes with warehouse staff.
- Collaborate with the European headquarters to manage corporate projects.
- Oversee Third-Party Operations processes to ensure the correct invoicing of all products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts & accessories, negotiate contracts, and drive cost reduction initiatives.

**Accessories**:

- Act as the project manager for special edition vehicles on the aftersales side.
- Implement the new e-commerce platform for accessories.
- Update and manage accessories information on all portals.
- Introduce and implement new tools to increase the accessories business.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate reports and insights on sales performances, demand trends, and supplier performances.
- Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and offering recommendations for process improvement.

**Experience & Educational Background & Expertise**
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 0-5 years of experience in spare parts business, including KPI analysis and ordering processes within the automotive industry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and components, including familiarity with part numbers, interchangeability, and compatibility.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Type of contract: permanent position.
- Location: Milan.
- CCNL Metalmeccanico.
- Working schedule 40hours per week/Mo-Fri.
