Descrizione del lavoro

Per importante cliente operante nel settore Energy con sede a Pisa, stiamo cercando un **Electronic Design Team Leader**.

Inoltre si occuperà di:

- garantire la qualità della progettazione eseguita e del lavoro svolto dal team
- gestire il carico di lavoro assegnato al team all'interno delle risorse assegnate
- organizzare il lavoro del team, definire i progetti individuali, obiettivi e comunicazioni
- organizzare riunioni di team, argomenti di discussione e progressi verso ciascun obiettivo
- valutare le prestazioni dei dipendenti e pianificare la crescita del team (corsi/formazione/convegni)
- garantire il rispetto dei requisiti e delle indicazioni in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro quando si lavora presso clienti/rivenditori/utilizzatori finali

Qualifiche
- È richiesta una conoscenza ed esperienza approfondita nel campo dell'elettronica
- Ottima conoscenza delle apparecchiature di laboratorio quali analizzatori di spettro, O-Scope, analizzatori di rete, misuratori di potenza, ecc
- Capacità di supportare técnicamente il team
- Capacità di potenziare il team definendo obiettivi di squadra
- Capacità di ascoltare i membri del team, comunicare efficacemente con loro per fornire feedback quando richiesto
- Forti capacità analitiche e di problem solving
- Innovativo, creativo e di mentalità aperta
- Comprovata esperienza lavorativa in posizione analoga
- Master in Ingegneria Elettronica o una combinazione equivalente di istruzione ed esperienza
- Inglese: buone competenze parlate e scritte

**Sarà considerato un plus**:

- Esperienza con apparecchiature radar
- Esperienza con simulazioni o analisi basate su computer
- Esperienza con il linguaggio C/C++
- Esperienza nell'elaborazione dei segnali radar
