**Posizione**:
Per la nostra sede di **Correggio (RE) **ricerchiamo la figura di **Executive Assistant to CEO**.

**Attività principali**:

- Gestione Agenda Incontri e preparazione delle riunioni in sede e fuori sede
- Redazione di documenti, presentazioni e note informative
- Gestione Mail e Telefonate
- Organizzazione Eventi e Viaggi
- Accoglienza ed hospitality ospiti della Direzione aziendale
- Gestione dei Social Network dell’Amministratore Delegato
- Interfaccia operativa con le altre aree aziendali
- Gestione dei rapporti e relazioni con esterne sia a livello nazionale che internazionale
- Mantenere i massimi livelli di riservatezza interna ed esterna
- Gestione degli iter approvativi sulle piattaforme di acquisti/fornitori e presenze/note spese

**Requisiti**:

- Ottima conoscenza dell’uso completo dei principali programmi del Pacchetto Office, e dei sistemi di web meeting
- Abilità nella mediazione e gestione dei processi di management, nelle comunicazioni e relazioni fra i differenti livelli aziendali, e con gli interlocutori esterni
- Capacità organizzative, efficienza ed autonomia
- Formazione a livello Universitario di tipo umanistico o economico
- Esperienza in ruolo analogo di almeno 3 anni
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità a trasferte sia sul territorio nazionale che all'estero per assistenza all'Amministratore Delegato
- Flessibilità di gestione dell'orario di lavoro

Sarà considerato un plus la conoscenza della lingua francese e spagnole (parlata e scritta)
