Safety Area
- Ricoprire il ruolo di ASPP (addetto del servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione ex D.lgs 81-08);
- Garantire le prestazioni e la realizzazione delle politiche e delle routine aziendali IKEA in base agli obiettivi assegnati dal leader S&S/responsabile Business Risk & Compliance;
- Garantire il rispetto delle leggi e dei regolamenti locali in materia di sicurezza e protezione per la unit assegnata;
- Condurre e aggiornare le valutazioni dei rischi nelle unit di assegnazione (Headquarter e Customer Support Centre) per suggerire un corretto Mitigation Plan;
- Pianificare ed erogare i training S&S interni;
- Segnalare accidents/incidents e relativi dati al Leader S&S e registrarli all’interno dello strumento di segnalazione;
- Attraverso sopralluoghi periodici in tutte le Units, garantire la corretta esecuzione delle procedure di sicurezza per colleghi, clienti e visitatori e verificare la corretta implementazione dei follow-up periodici e degli Action Plan;
- Contribuire al processo di espansione a livello country, tenendo conto dei requisiti IKEA sia a livello global che a livello locale, attraverso: sopralluoghi nei cantieri, partecipazione alle riunioni di coordinamento, attività di verifica e controllo, raccolta della documentazione necessaria per l'apertura di nuove unit.
REQUISITI NECESSARI PER LA POSIZIONE
- Titolo di studi in area Safety o ingegneristico
- Preferibile esperienza nel ruolo, anche breve;
- Preferibile Conseguimento qualifica di ASPP (addetto del servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione ex D.lgs 81-08);
- Preferibile Conseguimento qualifica di Safety Trainer;
- Forte passione per le tematiche legate al settore Safety & Security;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
- Ottime capacità comunicative in italiano e in inglese (preferibile il livello B2);
- Metodo di lavoro strutturato e analitico e forte attenzione ai dettagli;
- Forte capacità di comunicare con differenti interlocutori e stakeholders.
