**About the role**:
Be in the thick of it, not just part of it **As Onboarding Manager, Marketplace Italy (M/F/d)** you will lead our sellers to success and play a key role in the establishment, development and growth of our company.
**Job Description** About your tasks**:
- You will accompany our partners in the implementation of technical onboarding on our e-commerce marketplace platform
- You will support and train the partners in setting up their accounts in the system and uploading their product portfolio
- You will monitor all technical processes and ensure that everything works properly, e.g. that the products are visible on the website and that orders are transferred
- You are the direct contact person for technical questions during onboarding and beyond
- You are the link between partners and internal departments, especially Acquisition and IT
- You will support the optimisation of processes in onboarding and customer support
**Qualifications** About you**:
- You have successfully completed a degree or technical training in business, IT systems or e-commerce
- You have experience in the onboarding/customer area, in technical support or (IT) consulting
- Ideally, you have knowledge of the e-commerce environment
- You are a strong communicator and have strong social and intercultural skills
- You are smart, proactive and have a knack for solving difficult situations
- You are familiar with software systems and new technologies and enjoy working with data
- You are fluent in written and spoken Italian and English. German is a plus.
