Consumer Health GPEx is an organization responsible for the support of critical Consumer PLAN initiatives and is pivotal to the successful evolution of the PLAN function globally. This organization is structured around the development of People, Process, Technology, and Metrics standards and their effective deployment across our businesses through key programs, initiatives, and systemic changes

This position will be responsible for the Production Planning process for ONES4 Project based on business needs.

Will work in close collaboration with the Planning, Source, Deliver, Make, Quality, and Finance teams ensuring strong adoption of new capabilities/processes

Key Responsibilities:

- Map out MPS and Detailed Scheduling process, identify current Flows, Master Data, and transactional process on current ERP.
- Partner with the Project Workstreams (Plan/Source/Deliver /Make /Quality /Finance) to develop the new process definitions in order to build the End-to-End future state.
- Design Production Planning data model process under S4, and OMP including definitions, maintenance, renewal and DQTs.
- Translate Production Planning needs on user stories to develop S4 and OMP capabilities.
- Define with Make and Quality RACI on PP processes interfaces.
- Support Sprints and Testing phases for S4 and OMP implementations for MPS and Detailed Scheduling processes.
- Develop training and support the SMEs in building capabilities in new Supply Planning processes.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Management Information Systems, or Finance is preferred.
- APICS or Ascm Supply Chain Certification is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of related Supply Chain experience is required within Supply Planning processes and systems.
- Strong knowledge in SAP ERP i.e B2B/Mercury/APO, Material Management and Planning.
- Knowledge in Master Data supporting Production Planning processes.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (excel) is required.
- Production Planning process (MPS and Detailed Scheduling) experience is required.
- End to End thinking driving coordinated processes.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are required

Preferred:

- Experience working with OMP Advanced Planning Systems is preferred.

Other:

- English language proficiency.
- Requires up to 25% travel, domestically and internationally.
