- The pharmaceutical world is going through a period of important technological transformations, where the needs of the patient and the quality of the work performed are predominant.
- In this specific role you will have the chance to:
- support the Record Manager for the proper implementation of the RIM program (record information management) at the Latina Site.
- Support the Record Manger to ensure alignment of the Site with ERS (Enterprice Retention schedule) requirements. Manage documentation through RSMS and support Site departments in this activity.
- Take care of the relationship and communication with the company that maintains the external repository for documentation.
- Support Record Manager for RIM Assessment and support the management of relative Quality issue and corrective action.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- We want to hear from YOU if you have:
- University Degree - Scientific field (preferred: Chemistry and pharmaceutic technology - CTF, Chemistry )
- Ability in problem-solving and decision making technique.
- Good interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills required;
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point
Other qualifications that will be considered as a plus:
- Usage of Minitab is considered a nice to have requirement.
- Previous experience of 6 months in a similar position.
