**Role Purpose**: Junior Sales Senior Analyst, will be in charge of weekly performance management with a wide view on all products and channels, he/she will monitor the performance vs target and deliver the document to discuss with the top management.
Then Execute Monthly channel review, giving insights on activation trends for channel/area.
Furthermore he/she will have the accountability to set up and deliver weekly report of the sales incetivation program,

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Weekly sales performance management
- Monthly channel review
- Weekly sales incentivation report

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
- Strong analytical capability with problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel.
- Well organized in order to work in fast pace environment, with attention to details
- Basic coding or willing to learn it, is a plus

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;

**When & Where**:
Duration of Program: 6 months internship with the possibility - if feedbacks are positive - to be included in 24 months dedicated program.
Location: Milan (Hybrid)
