La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita nell'ufficio Field service e avrà il compito di pianificare e gestire i team di lavoro sul campo.

Dovrà ottimizzare l'efficienza operativa delle maestranze, pianificare gli ordini di lavoro in base alle competenze del personale tecnico, ai ricambi disponibili e alla distanza, generando le azioni necessarie all'esecuzione corretta degli interventi sul campo. Sarà parte integrante del ruolo la ricerca, selezione e l'inserimento di nuove risorse sul territorio italiano.

Inserita in un contesto in continua evoluzione, saranno indispensabili l’autonomia decisionale, lo spirito d’iniziativa, la capacità organizzativa e di analisi, la facilità nel trattare con le persone e i clienti, l'affidabilità, l'abilità comunicativa di negoziazione e predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo. L'orientamento al problem solving sarà inoltre essenziale.

Esperienza richiesta:
nr. 2 anni in una posizione simile e/o una conoscenza delle seguenti attività:

- Attività di field marketing e/o merchandising presso i punti vendita;
- Allestimenti vetrinistici e/o pubblicitari in generale;
- Montaggio ,manutenzione di arredi;
- Interventi elettrici/audio/video;
Percorso formativo richiesto:
Diploma e/o Laurea in discipline economiche
- Inglese parlato e scritto

Conoscenza dei seguenti software:

- Pacchetto Office
- ERP di gestione aziendale

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Stipendio: a partire da €24.000,00 all'anno
