About the Role
We are looking for a brilliant and passionate
**General Ledger Accounting Specialist **to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).
In this role, you will ensure the preparation of relevant accounting statements, analysis reports in accordance with national laws and regulations, auditing standards and accounting theory. Moreover, you will be involved in our international ERP process continuous improvement and international IT rollout.
Responsibilities
- Manage GL accounts
- Keep tax and company books
- Record accruals for monthly closing
- Perform account reconciliations
- Maintain relationships with Auditors
- Proactively participate in cloud platform upgrade management, developing analytics KPI and benchmarks
- Support the finance organization from an IT point of view, for the best lean process
Requirements
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:

- Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- 1-2 years’ experience in general accounting
- Excellent knowledge of: International Accounting Standards (OIC-IAS) and direct taxes
- Advanced used of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Powerpoint in particular)
- Business Acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
