We are looking for someone who is ready to start **immediately** and work through the summer with full focus and intensity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct structured interviews with prospective students across Europe
- Follow our proven **12-step influence system** to guide high-stakes decisions
- Convert high-quality leads into confirmed enrollments
- Manage your pipeline and sales performance independently
- Collaborate with a team of top performers closing €50,000+ per month

- Average monthly compensation €2,500-€4,000+ (top performers exceed this)

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication, listening, and persuasive skills
- Highly motivated by performance, earnings, and growth
- Available to start immediately and work through the summer
- Previous sales, recruitment, or B2C experience is a plus, not a must
