Continuous Improvement Plant Coordinator
The challenge

A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.
What you will do
- support the contact points in the plants in achieving performance targets
- actively contribute to the identified improvement projects in the domain of CD and FI with an “hands-on” approach
- drive knowledge sharing selecting best practices and growing central standards/templates
- contribute to knowledge management about CD and fi
- collaborate with local organization and manufacturing central functions in order to frontload issues and suggest best practices for CD and FI
- promote continuous improvement mind-set within Haier Europe
What you need to succeed
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Foreign Languages and level of knowledge :Fluent English
Previous experience (type and length): 3-5 years of experience in production, industrial engineering, logistics either in plants or in central functions in “WCM certified” companies
Skills: Good knowledge of WCM methods, Manufacturing processes and technology knowledge
Project Management
Leadership (effective team management)
