**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Create offers and work orders for repairs and maintenance in our system (ServiceMax Lightning)
- Upload contracts for bench service and licenses
- Create credit notes and re-invoicing
- Create documentation for health and safety
- Collaborate with manager and other Service Sales Representatives and Sales teams to improve processes

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Business English and fluent or native Italian
- 3 years progressive administrative experience in a business-to-business environment
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills; both written and verbal

**In questo ruolo, una giornata tipo sarà caratterizzata da**:

- Creazione offerte e ordini di lavoro per riparazioni e manutenzioni nel nostro sistema (ServiceMax Lightning)
- Caricamento dei contratti per il Bench service e le licenze
- Creazione di note di credito e rifatturazione
- Creazione documentazione per la salute e la sicurezza per le operazioni Field
- Collaborare con il manager e gli altri rappresentanti di vendita dell'assistenza e con i team di vendita per migliorare i processi

**I requisiti essenziali del lavoro includono**:

- Inglese commerciale e italiano fluente o madrelingua
- 3 anni di esperienza amministrativa progressiva in un ambiente business-to-business
- Efficaci capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo
- Buone capacità comunicative, sia scritte che verbali
