Torino, Italy Engineering Italdesign is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Harness Specialist, who will be employed in the Harness development team of the italian site of Italdesign. He/She will be responsible to reach the targets of the assigned field of development. **Responsibilities** - Control/monitoring of timing, costs and quality of work; - Management of the own work and collaboration with other internal or external departments; - Customer management; - Achievement of the project's technical objectives relevant to the perimeter of responsibility; - Management of "escalation" activities relating to serious problems with a proposed solution; - Promotion of the work of the Organizational Unit within the company and towards the Group Brands. **Requirements**: **Key requirements** - 2-3 years of experience in the automotive sector; - System schematics development experience - Wiring harness development and electrical wiring for the entire vehicle - Creation and editing of the modularization and control logic - Creation and processing of circuit diagrams for the entire vehicle - Technical coordination with the customer and internal departments - Participation in the design of new process chains in the development of wiring harnesses - Preparation of change notifications - Knowledge of the points of attention to be monitored; - Negotiation skills and ability to motivate a teamwork; **Preferential requirements** - Ability to disseminate and transfer methodology and know-how in his/her own project team and to the rest of the department teams. **Other Informations**: **Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, equivalent education or good experience in the field **Language skills**: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required.
