As Inventory Program Manager you will be responsible for:

- monitoring and leading the Inventory balance dynamics through input and output analysis working closely with Repair biz units and Parts team. Inventory level evaluation and setting with special focus on the North American Inventory Organization.
- Track and analyze the Inventory excess generation by Regions understanding root causes and providing viable strategies to mitigate the excess generation for future quarters.
- Analyze the Inventory excess stratification highlighting trends and suggesting corrective actions to the senior leadership.
- Provide guidance to harmonize the North America Inventory processes and procedures to the rest of the organization.
- Perform the Material Input estimate to facilitate the total quarter Inventory estimate and excess analysis.
- Other duties as required.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor's degree required, major in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, or another related field preferred.
- Clear understanding of Materials processes and planning and control systems.
- Strong project management and consulting skills with the ability to influence work effectively and implement solutions in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, presentation and time management skills.
- Organized, detail oriented and methodical.
- Fluent English
