The role of **Commissioning and Tech Executive** is really important to the growth of **Radius Telematics in Vimercate (MB).**

We want to offer a great experience to all of our customers, and we cannot achieve this unless we set things up properly when they take out products with us.

The Commissioning and Tech Executive will be responsible for **commissioning and onboarding new devices** **and customers across Italy**, meeting agreed upon KPI’s, SLA’s and ensuring new customers, and existing customers with new devices, have the best possible start with us.

This will involve **outbound**and **inbound**contact, with both **customers**and **engineers**.
**Qualifications**
- English on an advanced level is required;
- Good communication skills;
