The main role of Master Data Management Specialist is to ensure that the master data is implemented efficiently, on-time and at the appropriate quality levels for NPI, Projects and overall product data maintenance.

Reporting to the MDM Manager, you will be managing master data for MS Printing in Italy, and also for other Product Divisions across EMEA.

**What you will do**:

- Support the SAP deployment in MS - driving Master data collection
- Maintain Master data integrity
- Report status, risks, actions, and support required weekly
- Identify systemic gaps in process and propose, implement solutions
- Propose / develop automated tool to improve Team efficiency
- Ensure Master date rules at MS is following MI standards and MOS to support future SAP deployment.
- Single point of contact for MDM colleagues and the end-users of the other departments.
- Contact Discipline Experts for not solved issues or when the requests require new data, MD rules changes.
- Involved in the SAP/SC projects in case of an MDM support is required.
- Share with the Discipline Experts all Continuous Improvement initiatives.
**What you need to have**:

- Proven experience of SAP Master Data Management within industrial environments.
- Experience working within Project Management teams.
- Proven experience of change management in engineering environment and good influencing skills.
- JIRA or similar tool knowledge.
- Previous experience of being part of an ERP implementation project is a plus
- Electromechanical background is desirable.
- Strong Excel skills (MS 365 Office).
- Fluency in English and Italian are a must
