Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing, scaling, and running technical consulting or professional services organizations using a data-driven approach.
- Experience working with cloud platforms.
- Experience with design and deployment of compute, storage, and networking cloud services, with a focus on migrations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver solutions.
- Knowledge of frameworks, methodology, and tooling for large-scale cloud migrations.
- Ability to present technical materials effectively to diverse stakeholder groups, and to engage with executives of enterprises on technical and non-technical matters.
- Ability to work with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer-base.
**About the job**:
In this role, you'll be responsible for a team of Consultants and Strategic Google Cloud Engineers that ensure customers and partners get the best advice and assistance as they migrate their IT estates to Google Cloud Platform.
You'll lead and mentor a team, contribute to delivery work, and establish lasting customer relationships by providing customers with technical and project management leadership which aligns directly to their business objectives. You'll also be responsible for ensuring quality for all Professional Services (PSO) engagements, maintaining field business team relationships, and customer success.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead structuring, planning, and executing the migrations to Google Cloud in EMEA.
- Guide our customers and partners to achieve their cloud migration outcomes.
- Influence the Google Cloud technology roadmap by taking customer and partner feedback to our product engineering teams. Develop relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, helping to deliver on the business requirements and goals of business executives and IT stakeholders for customers.
- Develop strategic roadmaps and facilitate customer's digital transformation and migration to Google Cloud Platform solutions. Share best practices with your counterparts in other regions.
