We are looking for an MAN RTW MERCHANDISING MANAGER based in MILAN.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**:
**Sales campaign guidelines**: define the buying strategy to build up the collection according to the themes of the collection and the local market needs.

**Targeted in-season activities**: ensure the consistency between the brand image and the collection, and react to the market trends.
Transfers buying strategy guidelines and themes of collection to regional buyers and monitors their choices in terms of product mix and quantities.
Consistently analyze in season sales performance (sell-in and sell-out) and stock control to maximize product opportunities in the assigned category.
Cooperation with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure that windows and in store image match corporate guidelines

**REQUIREMENTS**:
5/8 years of working experience in similar role in Fashion/Luxury brands
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a responsible way
Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Open-minded, curious, methodical and endowed with a sound analytical approach
Fluent in English
