We are looking for a MAN RTW RETAIL MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST based in MILAN.

The Man RTW Retail Merchandising Specialist will support the team in boosting up the retail and online sales performance of the collection with the definition of the guidelines during the sales campaign and the planning of in-season activities.

**Definitions**:
**Sales campaign guidelines**: support the definition of the buying strategy to build up the collection according to the themes of the collection and the local market needs.

**Targeted in-season activities**: ensure the consistency between the brand image and the collection, and react to the market trends.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Be involved in the creation of focused merchandising guidelines matching global strategy and local needs.
Provide with inputs to Retail Planning in order to define the OTB planning and sales forecast in assigned categories
Transfers buying strategy guidelines and themes of collection to regional buyers and monitors their choices in terms of product mix and quantities.
Monitor buying activities during the sales campaign for all Regions
Consistently analyze in season sales performance (sell-in and sell-out) and stock control to maximize product opportunities in the assigned category.
Liaise with the Visual Merchandising to ensure that windows and in store image match corporate guidelines
Partner with the HQ Collection Merchandising team and Regional Retail and Merchandising teams to manage in store events.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1/2 years of working experience in similar role in Fashion/Luxury brands
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a responsible way
Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Open-minded, curious, methodical and endowed with a sound analytical approach
Fluent in English
