COMPANY PROFILE:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Coordinate publishing services and audiovisuals for the Ag Brands (Case IH, STEYR, New Holland) on the EMEA region.

Purpose of the department:

- develop AG brands print materials (brochures, poster, calendar ) from creativity to production, managing all market adaptations and arranging distribution to every market, coherently to brands advertising strategies and identity guidelines;
- develop AG brands audiovisual (video shooting and video editing, photo shooting and retouch, 3D artworks, virtual reality and animations) from creativity to production coherently to brands communication strategies and respecting the editorial plan.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate all the activities and develop the production plans ensuring to CNHI EMEA AG Brands the correct deployment of the operational activities creating synergies and maximizing benefits and efficiencies
- Be responsible for the delivery timing
- Supervise, develop, and evaluate assigned staff. Ensure that staff receives regular constructive performance feedback, prompt resolution of problems, and time and opportunity to grow professionally
- Define team roles and responsibilities clearly and concisely, promotes strategies for effective teamwork and leadership development, and cultivates collaborative working relationships across the company
- Be responsible of the assigned budget and the relevant administrative process.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
- Minimum three years’ technical A/V experience with increased responsibility or team lead experience required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users
- Ability to solve technical, managerial or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and work prioritization skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
- Language: fluent English mandatory, second foreign language nice to have
