Cerchiamo un Sous Chef con almeno 4 anni di esperienza come Capo Partita o Sous, con solide competenze sulle cotture — soprattutto alla griglia — e preferibilmente interessato anche alla pasticceria. La figura affiancherà lo chef nella gestione quotidiana della cucina e della brigata (3 cuochi + 2/3 lavapiatti), occupandosi di preparazioni, linee e cotture, mantenendo alti gli standard qualitativi e igienici. Cerchiamo una persona precisa, collaborativa e con voglia di crescere in un progetto nuovo.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: a partire da €1.700,00 al mese
