**Education Specialist - Hair Care**:
JOB MISSION
The mission of this role will be to support the Events & Education Department, ensuring organization and operational management of the events and budget monitoring of the National Training and Branding Events.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To support the department in cross-functional projects between the company and external partners such as Professional Academies and Events;
Operational support in the organization and administrative management of seminars to the sales network;
To ensure optimal management of the organization and the flow of information and materials needed in the seminars;
**Logistics and activity planning**: material shipments, location reservation;
Marketing projects management, customer and supplier relationship;
Budget monitoring.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Economic field;
Good analytical skills and precise approach;
Flexible, hands-on and practical mindset;
Time management and scheduling competencies;
High social and interpersonal communication skills;
Passion for beauty and Hair Care industries;
Open-minded and international approach;
Fluent in English is mandatory.
EXPERIENCE
Previous experiences in this function or post-graduate programs related to this professional area will be considered as plus.
