**Requirements**:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations issued by the Bank of Italy, with a focus on banking and fintech sectors.
- Conduct regulatory assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate regulatory risks.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to address compliance issues and provide guidance on regulatory matters.
- Knowledge of ICT compliance matters
- Stay updated on regulatory developments and communicate changes internally.
- Assist in regulatory audits and examinations, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives and drive organizational change.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in banking or fintech industries.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements issued by the Bank of Italy, particularly related to EMI's and payment institutions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and local language(s) required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with regulatory bodies or financial institutions in Italy.
- Background in law firms specializing in banking or financial services.
- Certification in regulatory compliance or related field.
