J&J Innovative Medicine is looking for a **Cell Therapy Account Leader (CTAL) - Central Southern Italy**, to be hired with a permanent contract in the Commercial Unit to play a key role in the launch readiness of its first CAR-T in Multiple Myeloma and to be part of the journey to establish J&J as a leader in the cell therapy space.

**Role Purpose**:
The **CTAL** will be the business-level partner to the site CAR-T lead physician, hospital management and Quality team to mention a few, operating as One Face to the site.
Being a core member of the commercial team, the CTAL will report directly into the CAR-T Lead within the broader Multiple Myeloma Business Unit.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Developing overall J&J cell therapy sites strategic plan, including site selection, size potential, site capacity assessments and demand forecasts
- Activating CAR-T sites and establishing relationships with key decision makers for certification purposes only and for facilitating the transition from clinical sites into certified sites
- Operating as One face to the site to enable best in class experience during site setup & certification, through the development of a tailored training strategy and through an effective coordination of the actions of the cross functional Janssen certification team
- Facilitating contracting and economic processes to ensure it is streamlined for hospital team
- Working with supply chain, quality, regulatory, legal, compliance and medical teams both locally and on European Level, to establish site protocols and processes around CAR-T
- Acting as key site partner during operations and solving issues by involving appropriate functions and resources within J&J
- Discussing with key hospital decision makers to ensure continued access and budget allocation to cell therapy, in liaison with J&J HEMAR to communicate value propositions
- Proactively assisting sites in ongoing optimization, by monitoring performance and operations, conducting site reviews, supporting workflow changes and capacity expansion or new indications
- Co-operating with the Multiple Myeloma Business Unit to develop referral strategies and being part of cross-country teams.

**Qualifications - Internal**
- University degree in Scientific, Economics or Management fields
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical environment and proven track record in launching new specialty products
- Experience as an MSL could be considered, as well as in a CRO or in a Biotech Manufacturing Organization
- Key account management, project management and hospital experience are key requirements
- Very good knowledge of the Italian Health Care system and Hospitals
- Strong communication and presentation skills combined with strategic and analytical skills
- Proficient in both Italian and English
