**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**Per la sede di **Torino **la risorsa, inserita all'interno del **Servizio Automotive Operation **, si occuperà della gestione delle pratiche di credito al consumo per i prodotti Automotive, con particolare focus alla risoluzione delle casistiche non automatiche ed alla assistenza Clienti, Dealers e Partners nelle fasi di onboarding e admission.**:
**La risorsa si occuperà di**:

- **Istruire ed analizzare la fattibilità delle richieste di credito al consumo e leasing, di privati e società, con focus sulle operazioni di noleggio operativo**:

- **Gestire i rapporti telefonici e di backoffice con i Clienti, Dealers e Partners della Banca in ottica di finalizzazione delle operazioni gestite**:
**Requisiti **richiesti**:

- **Conoscenza dei prodotti di credito al consumo e dei processi di istruttoria e di accettazione richieste di finanziamento;**:

- **Ottima capacità di gestione comunicazione telefonica e Spiccate capacità di problem solving;**:

- **Ottima capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team; capacità di analisi e di reporting; orientamento al risultato;**:

- **Gradita la conoscenza dei principali credit bureau esistenti e la capacità di lettura ed analisi dei documenti di reddito e societari**:
**Conoscenze applicativi**:

- **Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office**:
**Conoscenze linguistiche**:

- **Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, gradita la conoscenza della lingua spagnola**:
