BRERA MANAGEMENT SRL, giovane azienda in continua crescita nel settore turistico milanese e nazionale è alla ricerca di un/una Quality Manager da inserire nel nostro team.

**Responsabilità**
- Controllo qualitativo degli appartamenti della società;
- Massima attenzione ai dettagli manutentivi, di presentazione e di pulizia di un appartamento ad uso turistico;
- Coordinare il lavoro del team di pulizie per garantire che tutti i compiti siano eseguiti in modo tempestivo ed efficiente;
- Mantenere un'alta qualità di servizio e garantire che i clienti siano soddisfatti del lavoro svolto dal team pulizie e dal team manutentivo;
- Formazione del personal;
- Gestire la pianificazione del lavoro e l'assegnazione dei compiti;
- Abilità manuale, precisione, capacità di controllo e rispetto degli standard.

**Requisiti del lavoro**
- Esperienza nella gestione di un team;
- Conoscenze di Property Management;
- Conoscenza delle tecniche di pulizia e dei prodotti;
- Gradita esperienza nel settore alberghiero;
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e di gestire le priorità;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office e predisposizione al team working;
- Completano il profilo buone doti comunicative, organizzative e di gestione del tempo;
- Disponibilità a lavorare a tempo pieno (40 ore settimanali);
- Diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente.

**Offriamo**

Si offre: CCNL Multiservizi - inizialmente a tempo determinato, con prospettiva di inserimento stabile in azienda. Inquadramento e retribuzione commisurato all'esperienza ed in linea con il CCNL.

**Orario di lavoro**: Full Time

**Luogo di lavoro**: Milano centro, zona Brera
