To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for an **Project Manager for Continuing Medical Education Services** to join our team: this position offers an opportunity to drive innovation in the mental health market.

AS AN PROJECT MANAGER FOR CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION SERVICES YOU WILL:
- Collaborate with the Clinical team and psychologist community to design, develop, and administer training programs for professional development.
- Oversee the accreditation process for educational courses, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Prepare and submit required documentation and reports
- Act as the primary liaison with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and vendors, to maintain accreditation for educational programs.
- Lead go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team to promote and expand programming visibility both internally and externally.
- Conduct discovery analysis with Clinical and Marketing teams to align educational content with market demand.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement courses, maintaining an updated calendar of activities and managing registration and reporting processes.
- Manage the online secretariat and provide assistance to external partners and attendees.
- Develop, monitor, and ensure timely execution of project timelines and deliverables.
- Oversee the departmental budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Drive the initiation and execution of new projects aimed at enhancing educational activities for psychologists
- Travel occasionally to attend sponsored events.

️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Management, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience, minimum of 1 year in a prominent consulting firm highly desirable
- Proven expertise in commercial operations and/or marketing communication
- Background in managing client relationships and delivering strategic solutions is advantageous
- Familiarity with accreditation processes, standards, and regulations governing healthcare education programs or other is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and driving continuous improvement in project outputs and deliverables
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders in a virtual environment.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving acumen.
- Flexibility in using various platforms for course delivery
- High level of initiative, accountability, and ownership in project execution.
