Art in Voyage is a small U.S.based LUXURY boutique tour operator is seeking a Travel Agent/Coordinator to join its team.

**Job Title: Travel Agent/Coordinator**

We are seeking a Travel Agent/Coordinator to manage all logistics involved in planning and executing client trips. Responsibilities include making reservations, coordinating with suppliers to create memorable experiences, and collaborating with clients to finalize trip details before departure. This role requires a high level of precision and occasional out-of-the-box thinking. You may also support our Travel Operations Manager and Travel Consultants by conducting travel research and preparing proposals.

**Requirements (Must Have)**
- Tourism qualification
- At least 10 years of experience in the travel industry (hotel concierge or travel agency/operator)
- Proven ability to handle both client and supplier interactions
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality and/or Tourism (preferred)

**Status**
Full-time contractor position (not employee status - you pay your own taxes)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €2,000.00 - €2,300.00 per month
