**Your role in our Mission**
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need a great Client Relationship Manager to delight our Reward Gateway for Small Business customers and help them create great places to work for their employees.
**Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will be**:
- Onboard RGSB clients by prioritising video meetings and online demos to set them up for success
- Overseeing a portfolio of 250-400 customers and thinking of innovative ways to keep them engaged in an efficient and scalable way
- Looking at key trends within the portfolio and identifying improvements in the customer lifecycle.
- Reducing churn by helping clients to increase employee activations and product adoption
- Building and testing new automated communications and processes in our client success software (Planhat) to increase activations and improve customer experience
- Efficiently and effectively working with customers when any issues arise, ensuring we do all we can to delight the customer
- Working closely with the RGSB team, representing the voice of our clients so we can continue to create one of the best SaaS engagement products in the world
- Protecting and growing customer revenue through reducing churn numbers, looking for opportunities to add subscriptions and products (as we diversify our product set) and helping customers move onto our full platform as their businesses grow
**The Experience and Key Skills you will have**:
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
- Confident doing live demos and presentations to clients and their employees
- Ability to build rapport and deal confidently with senior partners
- Superb attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial spirit and great collaboration skills. Everyone pitches in on this project to make the product even better, so sometimes we do things outside of our remit
- Ability to effectively participate in commercial discussions and negotiations
- Practical, level-headed and able to prioritise
**The Interview Process**:
- Video call interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team and RGSB Client Relationship Manager
- Short assessment to present at the final interview
- Final video interview with the Head of RGSB, RGSB Client Relationship Manager, and Head of Client Integration.
